๐ฌ๐ง Misano, San Marino | 21 September 2025 โ The two unofficial practice sessions earlier this week showed promising progress for Hakim Danish ahead of the race in Misano. However, during the second session, he was involved in a high-side crash but fortunately escaped without any serious injuries.
Free Practice 1 & 2 on Friday did not go as planned for Danish and the team after encountering several technical issues that were only identified after the second session. Nevertheless, going into Practice and Qualifying, the team was confident the problems had been resolved, with Danish looking more prepared to deliver his best performance.
Challenges continued as Danish finished Practice in 13th position, while Qualifying 2 ended with him in 17th place, securing a P17 grid start. The SIC Racing MSI Team, however, remained determined to keep pushing in order to help Danish deliver a strong showing in both Race 1 and Race 2.
It proved not to be a favourable weekend at the FIM JuniorGP Round 5 at Motor Valley Romagna Circuit, Misano. Following the high-side incident on Thursdayโs practice, Danish struggled with the bike set-up and was unable to match the pace of the front group. Despite showing improvements in Race 2, it was still not enough to challenge among the leading pack. The focus now shifts to the next round of the FIM JuniorGP World Championship, scheduled for 1 & 2 November 2025 at the Circuit de Catalunya, Spain.

๐ฌ๐ง “FP1 and FP2 in Misano were quite challenging as I was still trying to find the right bike setup. In Race 1, it was difficult at the start to keep up with the front group, who were quite fast. However, Race 2 showed improvement in my bike setup, making it more suited compared to Race 1. Overall, this week was a bit disappointing, but I will continue training and stay motivated for the next race.”
๐ฌ๐ง “This week has been very challenging for Hakim Danish. As a team, we were not in a competitive position from the first day through to Race 2. This is not the result we wanted, but I believe these are the challenges we must face when racing in the FIM JuniorGP World Championship. Nevertheless, as his manager, I have full confidence in Hakim Danishโs potential and hope we can improve our performance in the upcoming races. Of course, we will return to Malaysia to review the past races and identify areas for improvement. Thank you to all our supporters and sponsors for their continued backing.”
