🇬🇧 Jerez, Spain | 16 February 2026 – The Moto3 World Championship Winter Test, held at Circuito de Jerez over two days from 14 to 15 February 2026, marked an important session in Danish’s preparation for his debut season in the Moto3 class. The test provided valuable track time for Danish to further understand the characteristics of the machine and see him continue adapting to the higher level of competition.
Midway through the test, Danish was involved in a crash which resulted in significant damage to the motorcycle. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. However, the incident disrupted his programme, limiting his testing time while the team crew worked tirelessly to repair the machine and get him back on track.

As a result, the team was unable to fully maximise the opportunities available throughout the Jerez test, particularly in completing several key aspects related to technical evaluation and machine setup. Nevertheless, the team remains fully committed to supporting Danish and views the session as an important part of his learning and adaptation process at this level.

Like most teams, the main focus of the Winter Test was not only on improving the performance of the motorcycle, but also on enabling Danish to adapt as quickly as possible to the characteristics and technical demands of the Moto3 machine. This included understanding technical changes, building confidence on the bike, and adapting to each adjustment and setting made by the team in pursuit of more competitive performance.

The Jerez test also marked the final preparation ahead of the opening round of the season, which will take place at Chang International Circuit, Thailand, from 27 February to 1 March 2026. Both Danish and the team remain focused on making steady progress and building momentum throughout the 2026 season.

🇬🇧 “After the crash, I’m okay and did not suffer any serious injuries. Over the two days of testing in Jerez, there is still a lot I need to improve, especially in understanding the bike and refining my riding. This test was very important for me to gather information and build my overall feeling with the machine. For Round 1 in Thailand, I believe it will be different in terms of weather and track conditions, and I hope the conditions there will help me adapt better and continue improving.”
