🇬🇧 Jerez, Spain | 24 March 2026 – Malaysian Moto3 rider Hakim Danish Ramli is determined to relive his memorable success as he heads into Round 4 of the FIM Motorcycle World Championship at the Spanish Grand Prix this weekend (24–27 April).
The Circuito de Jerez – Ángel Nieto is no stranger to the 18-year-old, who previously made headlines at the same venue by securing back-to-back second-place finishes while competing in the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup.

That impressive record provides an added boost for Hakim Danish as he looks to secure a positive result in his debut Moto3 campaign.

Following the United States Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas three weeks ago, the AEON Credit–MT Helmets–MSi rider chose to remain in Spain rather than return home, allowing him to focus fully on his preparations.

The three-week period has been fully utilised with intensive physical training, including cycling, fitness work, and riding sessions alongside other World Championship riders.

The Terengganu-born rider aims to capitalise on the circuit’s high-speed corners, which suit his riding style, while also preparing for the demanding heavy braking zones that are synonymous with the track.

However, the real challenge at Jerez is expected to require a high level of concentration throughout the race, particularly in managing the technical sections of the 4.4-kilometre circuit, which features eight right-hand corners, five left-hand corners, and a 607-metre straight.

With both mental and physical preparation at peak condition, Hakim Danish is determined to deliver his best performance while hoping for continued support and encouragement from Malaysian motorsport fans.

After three rounds, Hakim Danish currently sits 14th in the overall riders’ standings with a total of nine points.

🇬🇧 “After a three-week break, this week marks race week for Round 4 in Jerez. I’m really looking forward to getting back on track and I feel highly motivated and excited heading into the weekend.

Following the United States Grand Prix, I remained in Spain for three weeks to continue my training, including riding, cycling, and running alongside other riders. I know Jerez is a favourite circuit for many riders and a place where they often train, but that’s not a concern for me. I’m confident and ready to give my best.

It’s one of my favourite circuits, especially because of the high-speed corners that suit my riding style.

Although there are ‘stop-and-go’ sections and heavy braking zones, I’m hopeful of delivering a strong performance. I also hope Malaysians will continue to support me and keep me in their prayers for this weekend’s race.”

🇬🇧 “Heading into this week’s race in Jerez, Spain, the circuit will present a significant challenge for Hakim Danish Ramli and the other riders, as many of them have trained extensively here and are very familiar with the track layout.
I believe the challenge will be even greater for Hakim Danish, especially as his pre-season testing in February did not go smoothly due to a crash and several other factors. However, the experience gained from the three races so far this season should provide him with growing confidence, and I hope he can remain competitive from the very first free practice session.

We have also set specific targets to be achieved as we begin the race weekend. Honestly, I have full confidence in Hakim Danish’s ability, his riding style, and his track record at the Circuito de Jerez – Ángel Nieto.

I hope we can achieve competitive lap times in the opening free practice session and position ourselves among the front group for the race.”
