πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ Assen, The Netherlands | 24 June 2026 – Hakim Danish Ramli is determined to build on the impressive momentum gained at the Czech Republic Grand Prix as he shifts his full focus to the next challenge at the Dutch Grand Prix, which will take place at the TT Circuit Assen from 26 to 28 June.

The AEON Credit-MT Helmets-MSi rider arrives at Assen full of confidence after making history by claiming his maiden Moto3 World Championship victory in Brno last weekend. The triumph not only earned Hakim Danish the maximum 25 championship points, but also propelled him to seventh place in the overall championship standings with 73 points after nine rounds.

Attention now turns fully to the challenge at Assen, an iconic circuit renowned for its combination of high-speed corners, rapid changes of direction and technical layout that demands precision from every rider. Unlike Brno, Assen requires riders to maintain speed throughout the lap while carefully managing tyre performance and race positioning. However, Assen is not an unfamiliar venue for Hakim Danish. The Terengganu-born rider has previously competed at the circuit in the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup, giving him a valuable advantage in terms of experience and understanding of the track’s characteristics.

That experience is expected to help Hakim Danish adapt more quickly during the free practice sessions and build confidence early ahead of qualifying and Sunday’s race. With his confidence at an all-time high and previous experience at Assen, Hakim Danish is hoping to make the most of every session throughout the race weekend as he targets another strong result in his Moto3 campaign this season.

πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ β€œI am pleased with the result achieved in Brno, but that victory is now behind me and I need to press the reset button as I prepare for Assen. My full focus is now on the race at Assen this weekend. I need to reset my mindset and ensure that I am fully prepared in every aspect.

At Assen, I need to do the same thing I did in Brno, which is to find my rhythm from the very first FP1 session. I need to find speed early and quickly understand both the characteristics of the circuit and the bike. I will work to adapt to the machine as quickly as possible so that I can build the confidence needed for the race weekend. My goal is to give my best in every session.

Assen is quite a challenging circuit as it features many high-speed corners and has a very technical layout. However, I will make the most of every session and give 100 percent effort throughout the weekend. I would also like to thank my team, sponsors, especially AEON Credit Service Malaysia for the great trust they have placed in me, and all the supporters who continue to back me every step of the way.”

πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ β€œAfter the victory in Brno, it is quite difficult for me to set a specific target for Danish. At the start of the season, I did not expect him to achieve a race win so quickly, but he has already proven the potential he possesses. Now, my role together with the management team is to manage expectations more effectively. I know Danish has already won a race, but at the same time, we need to remain patient if he does not achieve strong results in some of the races that follow.

The race at Assen presents a new challenge. Danish has raced at the circuit before, but it is a relatively narrow and technical track, which may not perfectly suit his riding style. Nevertheless, I hope the weather conditions in Assen will be favourable and that there will be no rain, allowing Danish to complete all practice sessions and the race smoothly.

From now on, I also need to manage expectations more realistically. If Danish does not finish on the podium or does not end the race within the top five, it can still be considered a good result because he is a rookie rider who is still gaining experience and learning in the Moto3 World Championship.”
