RCB MINIMOTO CHAMPIONSHIP KINI DIKENALI SEBAGAI RCB MOTOKIDZ CHAMPIONSHIP

🇲🇾 Sepang | 16 Februari 2026 – ZK Racing selaku penganjur rasmi kejuaraan pembangunan akar umbi negara hari ini mengumumkan penjenamaan semula RCB MiniMoto Championship kepada RCB MotoKidz Championship, berkuat kuasa serta-merta.

RCB selaku penaja utama juga terus komited meneruskan pembangunan kejuaraan secara strategik dan berterusan, serta kekal menyokong usaha pembangunan dalam melahirkan bakat pelumba muda sejak 2025.

RCB MotoKidz Championship akan diteruskan untuk tahun kedua dengan lima pusingan sebagai kelas sokongan kepada perlumbaan FIM MotoMini Malaysia, yang dijadual membuka tirai musim ini pada May 2026. Penganjuran kejuaraan ini terus menerima sambutan yang amat menggalakkan daripada komuniti permotoran tempatan.

Penukaran nama dan logo ini dibuat bagi menyelaraskan penggunaan perkataan “Moto” dalam keseluruhan struktur pembangunan sukan permotoran dua roda. Langkah ini selari dengan penjenamaan kejuaraan-kejuaraan lain di peringkat nasional dan antarabangsa seperti MotoMini (sebelum ini dikenali sebagai MiniGP), Moto4 Asia Cup (sebelum ini Asia Talent Cup), Moto3 Junior serta kejuaraan dunia seperti Moto3, Moto2 dan MotoGP.

Penjenamaan baharu ini turut memperkukuhkan laluan pembangunan pelumba muda yang lebih tersusun dan progresif bermula dari peringkat kanak-kanak sehingga ke pentas kejuaraan dunia.

Seiring dengan nama baharunya, RCB MotoKidz Championship memberi fokus kepada penglibatan kanak-kanak seawal usia 6 hingga 9 tahun sebagai platform asas untuk mencungkil serta membentuk bakat baharu sebelum melangkah ke peringkat seterusnya iaitu MotoMini. Kejuaraan ini menjadi asas penting dalam ekosistem pembangunan bakat sukan permotoran dua roda negara.

Menurut ZK Racing, penjenamaan semula ini bukan sekadar perubahan nama, tetapi mencerminkan hala tuju jangka panjang dalam membina struktur pembangunan yang lebih jelas, konsisten dan berdaya saing di peringkat antarabangsa.

Dengan identiti baharu sebagai RCB MotoKidz Championship, ZK Racing yakin kejuaraan ini akan terus menjadi platform penting dalam melahirkan generasi pelumba cilik yang berpotensi untuk melangkah lebih jauh dalam arena sukan permotoran profesional.


🇬🇧 Sepang | 16 Februari 2026 – ZK Racing, the official organiser of the nation’s grassroots rider development championship, today announced the rebranding of the RCB MiniMoto Championship to the RCB MotoKidz Championship, effective immediately.

RCB, as the title sponsor, remains fully committed to supporting the strategic and continuous development of the championship, while maintaining its strong support in nurturing young rider talent since 2025.

The RCB MotoKidz Championship will continue into its second year with five rounds, serving as a support class to the FIM MotoMini Malaysia race series, which is scheduled to open its season on May 2026 The championship has continued to receive highly encouraging support from the local motorsport community.

The change in name and logo was implemented to align the use of the term “Moto” across the overall two-wheel motorsport development structure. This move is consistent with the branding of other national and international championships such as MotoMini (formerly known as MiniGP), the Moto4 Asia Cup (formerly Asia Talent Cup), Moto3 Junior, as well as world championships including Moto3, Moto2 and MotoGP.

This new branding further strengthens a more structured and progressive rider development pathway, beginning from the children’s level through to the world championship stage. In line with its new identity, the RCB MotoKidz Championship focuses on engaging children as young as 6 to 9 years old, providing a foundational platform to discover and develop new talent before progressing to the next level, MotoMini. The championship serves as a vital foundation within the national two-wheel motorsport talent development ecosystem.

According to ZK Racing, the rebranding represents more than just a name change, but reflects a long-term vision to establish a clearer, more consistent, and internationally competitive development structure.

With its new identity as the RCB MotoKidz Championship, ZK Racing is confident that the championship will continue to serve as an important platform in nurturing the next generation of young riders with the potential to progress further into professional motorsport.
